Well, shit. Those damn Cullens and the filthy mutts had forced her away again. It seemed like the closer she got to Bella Swan, the further away she'd be driven.
Damn it! she swore vehemently inside her mind.
So now here she was roaming around Port Angeles with no idea where anyone or anything was. And she'd hunted the previous day, so she didn't need to feed. Those Quileute children were quite filling. That was probably because they were so vital, so full of life. Human children possessed more vitality than human adults.
What to do now? She couldn't go back to Forks right away. She needed to stay here for a bit longer in order to lure the dirty dogs and the Cullens into a false sense of security.
