It had been a long while since Rosalie and Alice had found themselves able to spend some girl time together. After a large portion of begging and pleading, though not all that much since it WAS shopping after all, Alice convinced her 'sister' to go with her to the new store in town. From what she had seen it looked to be a vintage store and she couldn't help but grin thinking of all the wonderful finds they'd probably make inside. It wasn't just clothing however. There was furniture and all sorts of accessories about the place.
Hopping out of the car Alice bounded to the sidewalk in front of the store.
"Come ON Rose!" she said, sounding exasperated that she was taking 'so long' to get out of the car. Alice was so excited she was close to jumping up and down.

Rosalie had the car's sun visor flipped down and was examining her makeup in the mirror. She reached down and picked up her purse. Flipping through it, she pulled out her cosmetic bag and a small tube of lip gloss. She carefully removed the cap and brush and began to apply it to her lips. From outside the car, she could hear Alice begging her to hurry.
"I'm coming." Rosalie responded as she put her things away. "I'm coming."
Rosalie smoothed her hair and put the sun visor back into place. She took her time opening the door and getting out so as not to damage any of the cosmetics she'd just taken care of.
Once she was out of the car, Rosalie examined the shop. It certainly could have some fascinating pieces in it.
"Well, let's go in before you drive yourself crazy." Rosalie pointed towards the shop's door.

Sometimes it seemed as if Rosalie dawdled just to annoy her. Honestly! She was about to start pouting when Rose finally got out of the car. Alice grinned happily at her sister and grabbed her by the arm, hooking them together. "I'm glad you approve Rose," she said with a wink as she opened the door and let the other enter first.
"I've been eying this shop all week since we passed it the other day."
The name alone had caught her attention. After reading the sign however she'd gotten a vision of a cute little blue top for herself and she was pretty sure there was a red dress involved for Rosalie. It had taken a while however to find some time when the shop was actually open to go with her.

Rosalie shook her head as Alice grabbed her arm and led her to the shop enterance.
"Alice, you're a shopaholic." She told her as she stepped into the shop.
It was certainly a unique atmosphere. Rosalie's eyes lit up as she saw all the fascinating things around her. She opened her mouth to speak to Alice, but she was distracted by a zebra striped handbag with red leather trim. She quickly pulled away and hurried over to examine the item.

Alexis was the back room, pulling clothing off of one of the spare racks. She'd just brought in a rack of dresses all from the 1970s. It was an amazing collection, she certainly couldn't deny that. She hadn't had time to price them yet and had been hoping to get to it when she heard the door open.
Alexis paused to make sure that her black and white dress was immaculately smooth and that her silver high heels still looked as perfect as they had when she'd put them on earlier. Both looked fabulous, as did her hair and makeup, but they always did. Adjusting her token gray streak, she headed into the front room.
There were two girls in the room. At first glance, Alexis didn't recognize them, but then it dawned on her that they were Cullen girls. A slow smile spread across her face.
"Well hello ladies." She said, strolling over to them. "It's so nice to see you."

While her attention was split in between finding the top from her vision and listening to Rose she still managed to banter back saying something to the effect of Rose loving her for her shopaholic tendencies. After all who else would help her fill up her closet with stylish clothing?
Alice's attention was snared away from the top once more however when Alexis emerged. Her head snapped up to look at the woman the voice had come from and she raised a brow slightly and glanced at Rose.

Rosalie had put down the bag and headed for a red dress placed carefully on a nearby mannequin. Her hand had just touched the fabric when she heard the other woman's voice.
Her eyes shot towards Alice can caught the odd look on the other girl's face. But she figured the woman was the shop's owner.
"Hi." Rosalie said. "We're fine, thanks."

Alexis glanced between the two girls thoughtfully. She hadn't done enough research to learn either of their names.
"Well, it's good to see you. You're Dr. Cullen's daughters, right?" She smiled pleasantly. "I'm Alexis London."
Stepping around the blonde, she crossed over to where her dark haired "sister" stood.
"Blue is your color, isn't it? I bet it's fabulous on you. I think I might have just thing for you."

To say Alice was a bit confused was an understatement. And that didn't happen too often....well at least when visions were not involved she wasn't normally confused. The voice had startled her slightly since she hadn't heard a heart beat in the room. She became even more confused when the woman spoke of Carlisle.
"You know Carlisle?" she asked her, perking up some, a smile coming thinking of her 'father'.
Alice's attention was further drawn away when blue being her color was said and the shirt flashed through her mind again causing her to grin. "I bet you do," she said with a knowing look she shot Rosalie.

Rosalie raised an eyebrow as the woman mentioned Carlisle. She wasn't really surprised. He was loved in this town, so it wasn't unheard of that she would have spoken to him.
"Yes, that's right. That's him." Rosalie gave Alice a smile, but shook her head at the look on Alice's face. She had to have been having a vision. Rosalie turned back to the dress she was admiring.
"Can I try this on?"

Alexis never let her smile leave her face. She wasn't going to give them the details about her earlier meeting with Carlisle Cullen. The memory was still weighing on her mind. She was less than impressed with the town doctor. Actually, she was less than impressed with anyone who didn't want to play by her rules.
"I just encountered him briefly a few days ago." She addressed the dark haired girl. "And yes, you can. Just a minute."
She walked to one of the racks lining the wall and flipped through a few hangers.
"I bought this at an estate sale." She held out the blue item to the dark haired girl. "It would look amazing on you."

Alice watched the other two women as they spoke and smiled at Rosalie's choice of a dress. It would look stunning on her. Skipping over she stood next to Alexis as she held out a shirt. The grin on her face grew and she picked it up gently from the other woman examining.
"I love it," she said, knowing how it would look on herself already. "You have some really amazing things in here," she added, looking at the rack the shirt had been pulled from. "You're going to be a hit around here I'll bet."

Alexis gave the girl a sly smile as she stated that she loved the shirt. The girl had taste, that was certain. And as for being a hit, Alexis was always a hit. At least with the men at least. Well, all men except for Carlisle Cullen. But again, the point needed to be left alone for the moment.
Alexis's heels clicked across the highly polished wooden floor as she headed towards the blonde girl. She removed the dress from the mannequin a little too quickly. But both of these girls were vampires, and Alexis didn't care that much if they caught onto her own abilities.
"Here you go." She held out the dress to the girl. "That handbag is nothing for you. I've got a black one that's much better, and another pair of these shoes that would look excellent with that dress."
She pointed to the heels she was wearing.
"And you," Alexis turned back to the dark haired girl, "I've got a great green bag that would really pop out against that shirt if you're interested. Some green ballet flats too. What do you think, Miss-Cullen?"

Rosalie noticed just how quick the store's owner seemed to be. She ignored it though, as it was probably a strange question to ask. But the woman didn't smell human, and she wondered if Alice had noticed it.
"Thank you." She smiled, taking the dress and turning towards a set of curtained dressing rooms in a mirrored area near the far corner of the room. "I'll check them out when I get the dress on."

The grin on Alice's face was so big it was surprising she could smile that wide. "Ballet flats? I LOVE ballet flats!" she said happily. Shopping always made Alice happy. She could be at the worst second hand shop in the world and she would still find something to content her.
Looking around the room Alice thought. "I'm going to go look and see if there are any pants or skirts that would match," she said, heading for a rack to browse." She smiled at Rosalie as she passed. "That'll look fabulous by the way," she said with a wink.
